Scrambled eggs with cod


  • 2 slices of canned cod roe (approx. 40 g)
  • Some lemon juice
  • 5 g butter
  • 1 EGG
  • A bit of salt
  • Some chives rolls
  • 1 glass of grapefruit juice
  • 1 slice of brown bread toast
  • 5 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon of orange jam

How it’s done:

  1. Drizzle the cod roe with a little lemon juice. Heat the butter and briefly fry the roe slices on both sides. Whisk the egg with 1 tablespoon of water and a little salt. Pour the egg into the pan then let it set.
  2. Sprinkle with chives and serve. There is also 1 slice of toast with butter and jam, 1 glass of grapefruit juice and tea.
