Keto Eggs with Lamb

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz. ground lamb, cooked
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 oz. shredded cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions:

  1. Start by preparing all the ingredients.
  2. Then preheat the oven to 400°F.
  3. After that, arrange the cooked ground lamb in a small baking dish and then make two holes with a spoon and crack the eggs into them.
  4. Next, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  5. Lastly, bake in the oven until the eggs are done for about 15 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
