Fruit breakfast


  • 1/8 I orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • ½ fresh peach
  • 3 tbsp rice crispies
  • 2 tbsp curd milk
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 1 slice of crispbread
  • Herbal tea

How it’s done:

  1. Pour orange juice into a glass. Cut half the peach into wedges and place in a small bowl, top with the rice crispies and curdled milk.
  2. Crush half the banana with a fork, mix with the curry and spread on the bread slice. There is also a cup of herbal tea.
