English breakfast


  • 1/8 I tomato juice
  • 10 g of oatmeal
  • ¼ l of water
  • A bit of salt
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp diet sugar
  • 1 slice of crispbread
  • 5 g margarine
  • 1 slice of salmon ham (20 g)
  • 1 cup of tea

How it’s done:

  1. Pour tomato juice into a glass. Bring salt and water to a boil. Add the oat flakes and let soak for about 5 minutes.
  2. Pour into a deep plate. Mix with sugar and cream just before serving. Cover the crispbread with the salmon ham and enjoy a tea.
