Breakfast with salmon ham and roast beef

Ingredients:

  • ½ grapefruit (125 g)
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 2 slices of crispbread
  • 10 g butter
  • 1 slice of salmon ham (50 g)
  • 1 slice of roast beef about 40 g
  • ½ bed of cress
  • 5 slices of cucumber (50 g)
  • Some salt and pepper
  • Coffee or tea

How it’s done:

  1. Sweeten the ½ grapefruit with honey. Brush the crispbread with butter, decorate a slice of salmon ham with roast beef, cucumber slices and cress.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. Plus tea or coffee.
