Breakfast with garnished cottage cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of rye
  • Butter and 1 slice of brown bread
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 100 g cottage cheese (2 tbsp)
  • 100 g mixed greens, e.g. B. 1 tomato, 3 to 4 radishes,
  • a piece of green cucumber
  • A bit of salt
  • Some dill
  • Some chives, parsley,
  • Coffee or tea

How it’s done:

  1. Pile the cottage cheese loosely in the center of a plate.
  2. Place slices of tomatoes, radishes and cucumber all around.
  3. Sprinkle everything with a little salt and chopped herbs.
