- 2 slices of rye
- Butter and 1 slice of brown bread
- 1 tbsp honey
- 100 g cottage cheese (2 tbsp)
- 100 g mixed greens, e.g. B. 1 tomato, 3 to 4 radishes,
- a piece of green cucumber
- A bit of salt
- Some dill
- Some chives, parsley,
- Coffee or tea
How it’s done:
- Pile the cottage cheese loosely in the center of a plate.
- Place slices of tomatoes, radishes and cucumber all around.
- Sprinkle everything with a little salt and chopped herbs.
